Starting October 31st, there will be important changes to your garbage and recycling service. These changes apply to all Portland single family households and residents living in buildings with four or fewer units. Changes include: Green Portland Composts! cart will be collected weekly and will include food scraps along with the yard debris. Garbage will be collected every other week.
